Project Support | Shaping an Innovative Network for Impact Entrepreneurship
The Chair of Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainability, together with the LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (LMU IEC), is looking for a motivated and qualified student assistant.
Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) is one of Germany’s most renowned and largest universities. The Chair and the LMU IEC provide an interdisciplinary platform for sustainable entrepreneurship at the highest level. The LMU IEC fosters entrepreneurial thinking, supports the development of innovations and startups, and connects the startup, founder, and innovation ecosystems around LMU Munich.

Responsibilities:
•Support with literature research and the preparation of teaching materials
•Conduct project-related research and assist with administrative tasks
•Plan, organize, and implement events (online and in-person)
•Maintain and further develop databases, and assist with stakeholder communication (e.g., via news websites, social media, email)
•Coordinate organizational and administrative processes
•Contribute to the development of strategies, networks, and projects, with room for your own ideas and engagement
Requirements & Motivation:
•Independent and structured work ethic, with a quick grasp and ability to execute tasks efficiently
•Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to professionally engage with stakeholders
•Interest in sustainable entrepreneurship in research, teaching, and practice
•Proficiency in standard software (MS Office, Zoom, etc.)
•Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
•Creativity, enthusiasm for design, and the ability to contribute your own ideas
•Desirable: Knowledge in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis, and experience with literature reviews

Your Profile:
•You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at LMU or another German university.
•You enjoy creative thinking and finding innovative solutions.
•You are motivated, responsible, and eager to take ownership of your own sub-projects.
•You are organized, team-oriented, self-reliant, and detail-focused.
•You communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
•You are available to work 10–20 hours per week.
