Job Title: Student Assistant Project Support

Workplace: Hybrid

Job Type: Part-time

Job Location: Munich, Bavaria

Description:

The LMU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (LMU IEC) promotes entrepreneurial and innovative thinking and action, supports the development of innovations and startups, and connects the startup, founder, and innovation scene around LMU Munich. As part of our operations support, we are looking for student support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in literature research
  • Assistance in the preparation of teaching materials
  • Support in project-related research
  • Assistance with administrative tasks
  • Support in the planning and execution of events
  • Assistance with communication tasks (News website, social media)
  • Support with organizational matters and document filing: shared materials, assessment tables, course overviews, theses, templates, and summaries

Requirements & Motivation:

  • Independent work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in entrepreneurship research, teaching, and practice
  • Proficiency in standard software (MS Office)
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for design
  • Knowledge in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis and literature reviews is desirable

Your Profile:
• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at LMU or another university.
• You enjoy thinking creatively and outside the box.
• You are motivated and responsible, with a willingness to drive your own sub-projects.
• You are organized, a team player, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
• You have 10-20 hours per week available.
