Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center: impACTup! Operations Supporter

The LMU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IEC) conducts research and teaching in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, fosters activities and networks in this area, and supports startups in developing their business. As part of our course "impACTup!: Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Better Futures," the Center is looking for a student assistant for the position of "impACTup! Operations Supporter" to start immediately.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting participant management and communication
  • Assisting with network management (Moodle, Notion, Email, etc.)
  • Contributing to the course program organization and execution
  • Supporting the organization of events during the course (online & in person)
  • Assisting with data collection and analysis for reports and evaluations

Motivation:

  • Independent working style with comprehension and implementation skill
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people
  • Interest in impact entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture
  • Creativity and enthusiasm
  • Affinity for digital tools (Notion, Canva) and solid knowledge in MS Office and social media or willingness to develop the required skills

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at LMU or another German university.
  • You love thinking creatively and "outside the box."
  • You are motivated, responsible, and capable of managing your own part of the project.
  • You are structured, team-oriented, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.
  • You have excellent English language skills in both speaking and writing.
  • You are available for 10–20 hours per week.
